The only western country that doesn't have the equivalent of the BNP is the United States, and I believe Canada.
All european countries including Australia and New Zealand have nationalist parties. I will have to look at this manifesto in full.

The BNP doesn't want any immigrants though. And the borders are already patrolled, but by police and customs, not the army.
I do agree that more needs to be done with illegal immigrants and asylum seekers where their case has been denied. The BNP definitely isn't the party to do it though.

Did you read the manifesto? I'm almost done with the immigration part, but they clearly point that it will be stopped for a few years... They do not say "forever." In fact, it says that students from countries may apply for a student visa. It's quite different.
I don't know why the BNP is dismissed as "racist" so quickly. Maybe the BBC is displaying the PC version? They state in the education system that those of non-White ancestry that have assimilated will learn their heritage in relation to the United Kingdom's nationalism.
It is too late for immigration controls in the UK and USA. We (in the USA) will start feeling the effects of illegal Mexican immigration in a few decades.
Besides, if it was racist, they would KILL every single non-White. They quite clearly state in the thesis that everyone deserves a homeland; a notion no one can deny.
At the end of the day I can not say that I am for the BNP or against the BNP because I do not receive any news from the UK other than what the BBC posts... Any news on the BNP is warped for them, so I can't get a "true" feeling for the party.

To question whether the BNP's views on immigration are temporary or permanent is to misunderstand what the BNP is. You can be racist without wanting to murder people. One thing they're suggesting is to ban any promotion of racial integration in schools.
I agree that the retention of failed asylum seekers is a problem, and I think that multiculturalism should be discussed in a sober fashion without resorting to words like "Islamophobia", but the simple fact is that the BNP are evil.

You may decide that you like the BNP. Don't, however, presume that the BNP has any liking for Americans simply because they may be white.

I can't be the judge of the BNP because I don't live in the United Kingdom.
If the BNP leader goes to jail, we must remember that history repeats itself. Hitler and Mandela went to jail, and both ran a country... Just food for thought, a bit eerie.

Quickly? Several members of their party, including their leader, have been caught making "nigger", "Paki" and other nasty references towards non-whites including monkey jibes about black people and how they should be used as slaves and shot. They have been caught through secret filming on several occasions. They also encourage violence towards non-whites as well. You won't find that on their manifesto or written anywhere but they have encouraged it privately.
