question on skins for IPB blog

does the IPB blog come with a bunch of template skins for individual members to use?

also can users make their own? how much flexibility are they allowed?

The Blog uses the forum skins. So if you have multiple forum skins the members can choose between them.

Currently they cannot make their own and are not allowed to change the skin.
