I've been browsing for a few minutes today and I've been noticing the fewer amount of locked topics here, and more support, followed by "go here in the future" requests.

It is a temporary hiatus
We are going to have to keep locking those posts not made in the proper area as it causes mass confusion and, later, complaints because issues were not addressed. It's hard to address issues when our staff doesn't find them where they are looking.

understandable and I'm in total agreement. I've just noticed mainly that the way you guys are informing them of their posting in the wrong section, or taking the incorrect course of action, is in a way that does not make the user feel like they're being insulted or just plain "shut down".
