Does anyone know where i can find a basic profile system using php/mysql or a link to a tutorial i tried looking but most are complete registration and login etc,

Basicly i just want to be able to use a form to add a Name, (DOB), HomeTown, etc.

Basicly something similar to this

where you click on a name and the "Profile" shows up for that person

Any assistance is greatly appreciated..
