I honestly love the ability to create more than one blog, I was definitely one of the people in favor of this option, but with that I can't seem to find an option to disallow certain members to create more than one blog, or set a max. amount of blogs someone can create.

I'm pretty sure we added a setting for that in the group settings.  My memory fails me right now though, so I'm not 100% positive.
I've looked all over the settings and searched this forum, but if the max number of blogs setting is there I can't find it.

Suggestion: In the near future, can you add 'max number of blogs' per user group setting in the Manage User Groups area of the ACP?

Hello,

The support told me they will add this limit asap.

When will we see the next IP.Blog release that's supposed to include all these new features?  I know 2.0 was all about making sure the module worked within IPB 3.0, but it's been 4 months now.

Our developers are working on it together with IP.Gallery and IP.Downloads, we have already posted a blog entry about IP.Downloads actually :)

Looks great

I only have a question/point; i am sure its already discussed, but couldn't see.

1)  Is it possible to load the comment using ajax, rather than refreshing the entire page?  I think this is very important.
2)  Currently, the comments page navigation (1,2 etc) is only displayed at the TOP of the comments.  I think it should also be displayed at the end, hence if/when a user reads all comments, and wants to navigate to the next page, doesn't have to scroll all the way back to the 1st comment to navigate to the next page of comments.

Can't wait for this release of Blog

  • A future publish date with automatic publishing on that date would be nice, too.

This has already been possible for several versions now.

Bah, that must have been changed. I recall spammers setting future publish date as 999999999 and their content being effectively pinned to the top of the blog listing.

Ok, I retract my statement then. Apparently you can't set publish date to the future yet (or rather, at present, since you used to be able to).

Why don't hide them until publish date is reached and then turn them visible (with a task every hour f.e.).

The blog prevents me of posting in 2010. Under "date of entry" I can only pick 2004 - 2009. What should I do ?
