I would like to take a moment and thank a member of the IP Board support team. Yes, it is his job to do customer support, but he has been so helpful and seems like he goes out of his way to assist me with any issues I have had or questions. He has been very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues I have had. The gentleman name is Louis Markham. He has made my experience with IP Boards great and something that I would recommend to others. I am sure everyone expects good service and is very quick to complain where there is an issue. But rarely will take the time to thank someone or acknowledge a job well done. I am very happy to express my thanks and appreciation for his level of dedication to customer service.
