Hi all, i am really new here, i have just bought a ip board license and i am not able to find the file to download...
in my client area in download section there are no file, only a message that say "nothing found for you"

Anyone can say me if i need to wait some time? Payement has been received, i am sure (paypal said and also my client area said)

All purchases go through a security check before the purchase is finalized. You should hear something within a few hours, although it can (but rarely) takes up to 48 hours. If you don't have access to it within 4 hours of purchase during normal business hours, then I'd recommend contacting IPS sales. But that's only because of how fast they normally are about it.

Don't know then. Guess we have to wait for an IPS staff member to comment on how the purchases will be handled. I'd imagine that they'll still have people verifying purchases, just might go a little bit slower than usual.

Actually, I think their management (AKA Charlie) doe this because on weekends because nothing is ever verified then but the ticket support is still staffed on weekends.

Therefore, it might take a while OR you'll have to wait until the 6th...
That means our support is great or I have no life. Either way, great to hear ;) -Charles

Thank you all, this morning i received the reply for my question:

Tato, in case you missed it elsewhere:

Be certain to LOGOUT of the Forums, then log back in. That should update your Forum permissions and change your Group to +Active Customers.
