My staff and I would like to have a meeting in the chat room in which I will close the room off from the members. I would like to make sure the chat history is cleared before I open the chat back up to the members.
How would I go around doing this? (clearing the chat history)

You can save chat history? Mine wipes clean everytime I leave and re-enter.

Mine does as well, but I'm so used to using the shout box rather than the new chat box that I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything left behind when the members start to enter the room.

The immediate chat history is automatically cleared every minute. Simply wait a couple minutes before reopening the room and you're fine.
Members do not have access to chat logs either, only the account owner does.
