You are probably aware of this, but when I try to add a block at my blog here on this site I get an error "action failed" in a dialog box

is this reported yet? we got these errors too
test on IE8 and FF, both have issues
issue is that if you con;d setup certain blocks shown "default", when you try to add blocks, you will meet errors of "action failed"

There is an open bug report in blog about "Action failed" errors.

I'm getting the Action Failed error without it being set as default. If I enable it and then set it as default in the ACP...then go to my blog and add the block it works fine.

I have the same issue with IE8, Firefox and Opera.
