I'm not sure how I gonna describe but I'll try so here goes:

I saw at one eshop that when you buy an XBOX you can customize on the fly which model do you want, how many joysticks do you need, which cables etc. and the price depending on the selection was changing on the screen.

Take a look at these pics I took:









Depending on the items selected from the dropdown menus - the correct price is calculated at the same moment.

Can IP.Nexus do that?

If yes then can you tell in a few word how to do it? Wanna test this at the demo site.

BTW how come nobody answers to presale questions when filling an online form on IPS website?

Also another question. is it possible to assign a probation-type staff member or a group who would not be able to delete or edit any support tickets once they were sent, only to reply. Also another non-standard requirement is for the staff member not to see any personal info of the customers ONLY tickets and that's it, no IP , no names, no display names - nothing.
