My daughter is in the process of setting up her own little site and wants to use IPB are there any discounts for students?

Not aware of any discounts other than the standard up to 25% off depending upon how many additional products are purchased.

No, if you buy the package in sets, such as getting IP.Chat, Content, Nexus, Gallery, Blogs, etc. You can get a discount.

You get a 5% rebate each time you add an application. Like IP.Board = 0% rebate. IPB + Nexus = 5% rebate. IPB + Nexus + Downloads = 10% rebate, up to 25%.
