When i want to write something, i see some text is in my language as image below:

And on the section "Attach files", there is two turkish text: "Dosya sec" means "browse/select file" and "Dosya secilmedi" mean "no selected file"...

That's wonderful !

That's built in functionality of CKEditor. We will be porting it to work via the language pack system over time.
