Hello all,
We have a running phpBB 3.09 forum right now and want to switch to IP.Board.
When we run the convert tool it all works pretty well except that all topics and posts are made by guest.
So all users are imported correctly (as we check the userlist) but all posts and topics are there posted by guest.
Do you have any idea how to solve this?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Rob

You need to run all the conversion tools in the order they're listed, if you converted topic/posts and then re-converted members that would be the issue.
If you have already run all the tools in the proper order submit a ticket so that one of our conversion experts can take a look

Thanks for the quick reply!
I will have a look into it again and if it doesn't work out open a ticket.
Thank you
