Dumb question. If a user is banned on board A, is he/she also banned on board B? Or is the banning per board?

No, he/she must be manual banned per board

If you ban the user in IP.Converge, this will block them from all sites from what I can tell.

It doesn't actually switch each member account on each forum to the "Banned" group... it just claims that their login is incorrect.

So you can ban on the board AND via IP.Converge? If banned on IP.Converge, the user is banned on all connected boards, but if banned on one board directly is banned only on that board. Do I have that correct?

If that's how it works, that's going to be amazing.
