I really like the IPBoard system .
I'm using ipb 1.4, and i did a very good job with my forum .
I want to know, if i buy the newest version of the ip.board for how much time i got the license ?
The system programmed from the start, or is it an upgrade to IPB 1.4 - 2 - 3 .. ?

And where can i have support for the IPB1.4 ?

You got the licence for life. Upgrades for it:as long as you pay the renewals.
1.4 isn't officially supported, you MIGHT have support for it here on this forum.

okay, at my forum i got editor that i found in the internet and improved it .
i designed him at CSS & JS,
but i want to replace the editor (dont ask why)
i need suggestions to agood editor for forums .
editors that i know about them: CKEditor, nicedit, FCKeditor, tinymc ..
so any others?

Are you sure its ipb 1.4 ... as far as am aware ipb never released a 1.4

There never was a 1.4.  IPB went from 1.3 to 2.0.


Actually, I think IBF (Invision Board Forums) ended at 1.3, and IPB (Invision Power Board) began with 2.0.  Same company, same software, of course, just a slightly different brand name.
