When will you guys update the IPS website to 3.2? I need to know because I'm thinking abut purchasing IPBoard, but I also would like to see a full features list as a presentation on my review of IPS. And having a suitable setup as your site I can take snap shapshots of it etc.

Anytime when?

Thanks!

Thank you.

By the way has anyone told you guys that 3.2 feels a little like XenForo only with a more cleaner and sleek to it?

Not sure how that's possible really. Xenforo has so few features really and IP.Board 3.2 is a fully featured community suite with many add-on applications too. If you consider IP.Board cleaner and sleeker then we certainly have achieved a great system when you consider that, in your view, it is cleaner than Xenforo yet it is also fully-featured. More features + cleaner look = successful user interface in my opinion :)

What would be more worth it?

If I go for hosting with you guys or buying a IP.Board?

If I buy a hosting package, do you provide a domain or do i have to, or do I have to link my domain? Also, do I get FTP and/or cpanel?

It might be better to start off with IPS's hosting. That way it will be cheaper and you can always move at a later date anyway. You also get IP.Blog, IP.Gallery, IP.Content & IP.Downloads for free when you choose IPS hosting.

I believe you can get a sub domain for free from IPS. It would look like this www.mywebsite.ipbhost.com You can change it to your own domain too if you already have one.

I can't say for certain but I would assume it is with the demo being updated to 3.2.

Email IPS to be safe - sales@invisionpower.com

Hosted communities are running 3.2.

I just signed up for a hosting account and that's what I have installed.

Were there any structural changes to the database? If not, then certainly. If there were, then you might want to wait for IPS to give the word on it.

Thanks!

Purchased the Starter Edition hosting. Now I play the waiting game. I think staff is supposed to be on to install it because the e-mail verification said it takes 30 minutes and its been an hour so. Maybe by tomorrow.

Thank you everyone.
