This is a question you guys seem to get daily. But I can't seem to find a real answer to it.
What is truthfully the best host? I know a lot of you are going to say go with the hosted plans. But they don't quite seem up to par. Granted, I don't pretend to know a lot about this.
But what hosts do you guys think is perfect for someone with roughly 40 members online, starting at 40,000 posts, and a medium sized amount of mods?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since IPS runs a hosting service, they frown on people coming here to suggest other hosts. If you're looking to discuss the merits of different web hosts, try a place like Web Hosting Talk.
