At the moment you have to comment on blog page to make a comment to a blog-entry. I would like to suggest to add a system where all blog-entries will be made as a topic in forum as well (like in ip.content) so we can comment on blog-entries through the forums instead of having to visit the blog-entry page.

I have to wonder...what is the point of having a blog section if the entry is mirrored to the forum and the comments happen on the forums? Why shouldn't the blogger just post a topic on the forums, if that is what you are wanting to happen?

Because a blog can be used as a frontpage to bring news out  A forum (obviously) cannot, because it would just list up topics ... still some people on the forum might comment on a thread if is was available there. It's all about getting the most comment on that article in any way possible, and this is a way of doing it.

Also to answer your first question, why is this implemented in IP.Content then? If you write an article (just like a blog entry), you can comment under the article (just like under the blog entry), and you can also comment directly via the forums (this you cannot do with blog entries). If you mean "duplicate" when you say mirroring this is not what I mean. I guess content and comments could be "pulled" from and exchanged between thread <----> blog-entry (both ways) without having to fill up database with duplicates.

I think its OK as-is plus is a good use of Blog. :)

The entries are imported as RSS into a forum anyway, so it would only take allowing replies to be made and us to lock an entry after publication (to prevent comments) but that kind of defeats having it as a blog I think, as I say I think its fine as-is.

Yes I agree with this.
Sometimes I would like people to make an entry in blog but the discussion is in the forum, so there are no separate discussion, it's all in the forum.
So can developer made this ?
Thanks

I'm sure there are a handful of users who would prefer all of our applications would post to the forums, but to me it starts to blur the lines between the applications, and the point of separating the content in the first place.

We'll monitor the feedback for the suggestion and adjust accordingly moving forward.
