Nexus Encoded vs. Unencoded

Would I be able to set up a marketplace like on community.invisionpower.com with an encoded Nexus? What are some examples of setups where an unencoded Nexus would be more advantageous?

Nexus handles confidential information and is therefore always encoded.

Even the nonconfidential files? In other IP products, nonconfidential files are encoded if IPS-hosted and unencoded if fully licensed. Is it different for Nexus?

Nexus is the only product encoded on both the hosted and full license. There is no way to obtain an unencoded nexus

In that case, good, I don't have to concern myself with deciding on a version to get. :)
