- settable max length to display, as a max number of characters or lines.
- use of the category collapse feature
- select multiple featured articles and have them display cyclically or in random order on each page load
- where article has images or embedded video, option to not display them or maybe as a link instead of embedded?
optionally, have the fairly typical 3 article display, 1 main feature (full width) with 2 mini featured articles (half width) below it with maybe just the article title, author and first 250/500 characters (or something) plus the read more button. Again, cyclic or random order of the 3 articles displayed
