Hello, I am looking at hosting the IP Board on my own server versus hosting through IPS Community, and I am interested in the Trader Feedback System (installing it) but will I be able to install it if I have my IP Board is hosted through IPS Community? Below is the URL for the Trader Feedback System. I think doing hosting through IPS community may be better in the long run but if I can't install small code updates through the marketplace it may be better to just host on my own server.

You would be able to upload new files, such as IPB apps and such. You wouldn't be able to modify any of the core IPB files though, so if you are required to do any file edits, I recommend avoiding them. Shouldn't be much of a problem though, as most apps/hooks in the marketplace require no edits at all.
