Hello, i have my forum phpbb 3.0.8 converted to ipboard 3.2.3 i have a big problem.
All linked avatars are not showed.
So is there a way to delete all LINKED AVATARS and leave uploaded avatars? Or is there a way do download linked avatars and use them?

Did you backup your database before running the upgrade?
Whenever doing conversions like this it's always best to put your board offline, back it up, run a test upgrade and check out and make sure everything went well, then move it to your live domain.
I know there are a few guys around here that will help out with conversions. I can help you a little bit, but it's been a few years since i've used the converter from phpBB to IPB.

Go into the ACP and make sure your upload path is correct.
Make sure the files you're trying to get are in your upload path dir.

On an avatar that is not showing, what is the address it's looking for? I had a similar issue where the upload directory was in the path twice, had to update the fields via a SQL command to fix. The attachments issue, I ran into that one too, and I don't know of any fixes for that. If you edit the post the attachment is likely to come back.
I didn't have an issue with passwords. Was the system converted in one area then copied to another?

Password issue was because converter had been deleted. If you delete converter, than it cannot access old db with passwords.

That's partly correct, the converter files must be present (and the application must remain installed in the IP.Board Admin CP) - though it doesn't access the old database for passwords, all passwords are copied across to the IP.Board database.
