Hello,

I have a few questions regarding the license.

1.  If I were to have 10 IPB licenses, would I need to pay $250 ($25/license for 6 mo. for 10 licenses) every 6 months if I want to continue to receive upgrades?  Or $25 for 6 months and I can use it to upgrade 10 IPB forum sites?

2. If I were to skip renewal ($25 for 6 months) for like several years, would I be about to come back and pay $25 for 6 months or it would cost me more?

1. $25 per licence
2. $25 for six months

As far as I'm aware, it would be the 10 licenses renewing at $25 a piece each for their renewals/support, so overall $250 every 6 months. As for The answer for number 2, yes, you could skip renewals for now and wait a year or so and then pick back up, and it should still be (unless IPS changes this) $25 for another six months upgrade/support per license.

1. If you wanted to keep each license active (tech support, services, etc) you would need to renew each license.

2. You can skip a renewal (or two or three etc) and then renew later at any time without penalty.

I have a perpetual license that I bought 08 Jun 2006 and a Standard License which expired 26 2009. I just bougth another Standard License today.

My question is; could I have just renewed the standard license i already had for 25$? instead of buying anohter for 175$
I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you're not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and we are the cure.

Yes, you could renew the standard license you had for 25$ to receive download and support access.

If you wanted to renew the license instead of buying a 2nd one, then yes, you could have done that.

If you'd like, open a ticket with Accounts/Billing and we will see if we can reverse the transaction for you.
