Currently when a member purchases a package an email notification is generated to alert me to the purchase. The notification lists the user full name and package, but does not list the login/user name or mailing address. Because different users may want to see different information, I'd recommend making providing a standard set of variables for content, since I can't edit the files, that could be used in emails to tailor the notification I want.
The existing message looks like this:
From: [email protected]
To: [email protected]
Subject: Product Purchased: Premium Member
Date: Wed, 18 Jan 2012 14:31:22 -0600
Hello,
This is to let you know that John Doe has purchased 'Premium Member'.
I don't want my staff member in charge of sending out new member and renewal packages to have to login to the system to have to lookup this information. I'd prefer the ability to configure the message to look like this:
From: [email protected]
To: [email protected]
Subject: Product Purchased: Premium Member
Date: Wed, 18 Jan 2012 14:31:22 -0600
