First you will have to purchase Ipb then you can use the converter which can be downloaded from here:

There is a read me file inside the converters package with full details/instrunctions on how to convert to Ipb.

You can use the official converters to convert from SMF yourself, or look for 3rd party conversion services that would do the job for you.
