I want to ask if in the market i can find a mod to make Nexus to be MultiVendor, where my user have the power to sale and buy.

IP.Downloads allows for multi-vendor (i.e., all of your users can sell, if permitted) integration with Nexus, however it is primarily focused on delivering digital downloads. If your vendors will be selling digital goods, IP.Downloads + IP.Nexus should allow you to let your users sell items through your site just fine.
