It would be nice to be able to generate a ticket for registered members.. This was the last thing I expected to be left out of a support system tbh

Thank You

You can... just pull up a member in Nexus in AdminCP, scroll to bottom, and click Log Support Request.

On that note, could we please have the ability to add an attachment when initiating a ticket?

Is my understanding correct? That a non-member can't create a ticket? How then can I use Nexus as a ticket system to handle pre-sales enquiries?

Guests can indeed create tickets via the support system as well as via email.

This topic is regarding administrators creating tickets on someone else's behalf. This can only be done for registered members because it is done from their customer page, and guests do not have customer pages.
