instead of forcing an image upload allow use of link AND use of the my media functions as well as upload. This gives a trio of methods to be used....and it makes it common to the rest of the system.

also in ACP allow the Article Image field to be required/not required though check box like other items are.
presently have to set the field in database to 1 to require images. if I knew how to edit that template I would but....I know my limits
