Hi

It was bad to know that members to members sales were not allowed in IP.Nexus.

We wanted members to post their things in Store, but it needed Admin Panel.

I was wondering why is it not a default feature of Nexus ? Its obvious that its not always admins that wanna sell their things.

Classified is such a good option and so much better than Store ( most of people agrees to that ), so was wondering why doesn't IPS use it and makes it as its default store.

Classified is so good, but spending another 35$ after whole IPS suite purchase is kinda not possible for me right now, but its certain that we are very disappointed.

I would like the option for members to sell via IP.Nexus, they pay a listing price for use of our store and paypal options, they buyer pays us and we send the money to the lister after taking our % commission.

I'm sure it's easier said than done though. So classifieds may remain the best option.

This would be FANTASTIC and imho is a sorely needed addition to Nexus.

Nexus is specifically designed as a storefront application. Storefronts don't usually have classifieds or 3rd party sales teams in them.

I believe I saw a classifieds application a little while ago on the market though!

Thanks! I don't see any info on Nexus integration in that mod ? It's also only compatible with 3.2.x. The demo is also offline. We need something like Nexus but for physical products. Basically an IPS marketplace for physical products or services.

No, this one: http://community.inv...37-classifieds/

Just put a price on your ads/renewals and it uses Nexus for checkout.

ok i have install it and it's a great application i could setup the price for an adds or renewals but this part is not in my focus. i will use this system as customer to customer sells

what i want to know if it's possible to get a payment gateway customer to customer with for example a % fees on transaction

exemple:

customer A setup the price he whants to get form his selling good

the system calculate the cost price including the % for the site let say 1% and the paypal fees

so the article is placed in selling position with the price calculated

customer B buy the goods , the shipping cost plus the total price (price of the good + 1% fees for the site + paypal fees)

Customer A send the good and get the money thru paypal
Customer B have payed thru paypal and received his good
Site get is commission of 1%

I hope IPB get this function added soon. Each time I log on to check the forum, someone else has suggested this.

I was just looking at another thread about taxes, and realized the obvious fact that the business would likely have to accept the overhead of collecting and reporting taxes where applicable (usually same state sales tax). I think the main hurdle with this feature would be handling taxes.
