Really? You use IPSTime *that* much?
It's rarely used by the core itself.

When the goal is not localization specifically, but pulling out a date-time part/conversions/equations between the unix and human *without* class_localization interference, yes.Really? You use IPSTime *that* much?
It's rarely used by the core itself.
Which... yknow, that could really use documentation as well, I only know the methods I do of that one(how to call manually) cause I ripped open that class.

It's hard to document every method of every class, and that is *precisely* what the phpdocs are for realistically. We're trying to touch on the bigger subjects (how do I create a hook? how do I use skin templates?) before we worry about documenting every method in every class.
