"Return to Previous Usergroup" is not enough we need the ability to select the group.

Problem:

1. Member buys usergroup sub.
2. Member upgrades or buys the next one up.
3. Upon expiry member is put in previous, which was a paid subscription, for free.

If we can select it we can use expired usergroups that have Members permissions or just put them in Members.
Can you add this please in addition to the previous setting, for those that need it?
It's also handy to have expired groups so you can send them offers to renew.

They should be returned to the original group in that instance. I would recommend contacting support if it doesn't seem to be working :)

I've had this happen. It says user is being returned to the wrong group. Submitting ticket.

They did not upgrade they bought a higher package through the store.
I canceled the original.
In the notes it says they will be returned to the "canceled" upon expiry.
