When you have multiple versions of the file the sorting is done by record_realname. If the uploader havent named correctly the files, the order will be messed up.
The solution would be to add to ibf_downloads_files_records a field 'record_file_submitted' and then change the sorting in module_public/display/download.php function _displayConfirm()
