Hi,

I am asking will there be a new/different layout in 4.0 from 3.3 /3.x?.

Example:
ipb 1.x -> 3.1 (new layout)
ipb 3.1 -> 3.2 (new layout)

So like would there be a noticeable difference in the layout?.

4.0 is a long ways off and plans for it have not been fully finalized. The next release will be 3.4.0, and there will not be a new layout for 3.4.
