I am really with my IP-Board. I purchased the gallery extension some weeks ago. Now it is time for a CMS. When searching the forum, I found a link to the site zuzu .
1.) Is this made with IP Content ?
2.) How I can make such a Design?
3.) Is there a Theme out wich has the same functionality ?

You can make virtually anything with IP.Content, so it's always hard to tell. At first glance, I would guess they are using IP.Content to generate that page, but I couldn't guarantee it. Regardless, it could be done in IP.Content, even if they did it some other way.
IP.Content features a built in articles system, and the ability to create blocks. Primarily, you would use the article system which has a layout similar to what you see on that home page included, and add blocks as needed to fill it out (e.g. the navigation block at the top, the facebook block in the right sidebar, and so forth).
In terms of the actual skin, I'm not positive. You should check our marketplace to see if there is anything that you like.
