Reference topic in IP.Downloads support.
I can see the value (no pun intended) of adding a setting whereby paid files are exempt from the maximum download limits possibly just the time limitations if not bandwidth, although at a guess this would have to be added into the group settings for Downloads so it could be done on a group by group basis.
