Is it possible to have a product available to buy utilising nexus but so that its now shown in the actual store.

BUT

If I create a link to the product page, people can purchase it, basically so its not associated within the actual store.

For example if I sold products and didn't want something like a subscription package showing..

I think so. I remember seeing a "Show in store" setting per product. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Yes, but if you disable show in store for a product, it doesn't show in store, but its still not accessible via its own url.

Then you are correct, this is not an available feature. I currently do not have the use of a "make product unlisted" feature (similar to the feature by Youtube) but I do see the applications this might have. The only way to set something like this up would be to put products in a restricted category. Of course that is inconvenient if you want to have a combination of accessible and restricted packages in a single category.
