I have few queries which i have listed below. Request to please clarify me on the same.

1) I have a domain name already registered and want to get hosted service from IPS. For example if my domain is ABC.com, will my domain name after adding up with you be ABC.com or ABC.invisionpower.com?

2) Will there be a difference between the look and feel i get if i choose a standard 25 package or a 40 plus package?

3) The users you consider are only the registered members of my domain or also the guests? If my domain is public and if any unregistered users/guests just view the content of my domain. Do you consider them also as users?

4)When i select standard 25 package i see an option there to choose free sub-domain. I already have a domain name. Do i need to mention my domain name there? or how should i progress?

You initially choose a domain name through our system (so abc.invisionpower.com in your example), but you can then point your existing domain name to us after submitting a ticket to our hosting department afterwards.

No, we provide the same skin regardless of whether you get a hosted installation or purchase a full license, and regardless of what level of hosting service you purchase.

The "users online" count registers against ALL online users, guests and registered users. Keep in mind, however, that it is a rolling average. If you have 10 people online now and 0 later, that is an average of 5 (in a very simplistic example).

You will need to choose a free subdomain as I mentioned above, and then submit a ticket once the purchase has been made to get your current domain name pointed to our servers. Our hosting department will provide the information you need.
