Is the way IPS Marketplace works with advertising addons and skins etc and then having payment buttons etc. is that Nexus? Is it available as some other addon?

I believe it's a IP.Downloads + IP.Nexus combo.

It is a orginal copy of IP.Download with IP.Nexus installed.

As stated above it is IP.Downloads with IP.Nexus installed too. When IP.Nexus is installed IP.Downloads automagically gets some new options such as Paid Files.
