Emails are sent fine as I get a new email each time a new issue is posted in a project (like this issue you have started).
Probably there was a problem importing the language, try rebuilding your language from XML files (each lang pack has this option).

You think in lang_cache file tracker_public_email.php should be string 'new_project_report' ? I don't have it after fresh install. The same situation in XML.

Right. I added strings 'new_project_report' and 'subject__new_project_report'. Working now

Not fixed. new_project_report and subject__new_project_report still not present in public_tracker_language_pack.xml.
Unfortunately I must confirm that the bug has not been fixed in 1.3.0.

This bug is only in Email Error Logs. Messages are sent correctly.
Unfortunately no emails are sent here. Or at least none are received. Emails from IP.Board work though.
I get the following errors in the email error log:

I got it too. What does it mean?
A new major tracker (completely rewritten) has been released since this bug report was opened, if you still have this issues please open a NEW bug report and Alex will look into it
