Not positive this is coming from the Converter, but it looks like it.
Users with no birthday are being converted to 1/1/0001 as the birthday (No leading 0's on the year, just put that in for example)
Again, I can't be SURE this is a converter issue, but, everyone reporting it was converted..

I was just about to add this to the tracker myself. I converted from SMF 1.1 to IP.Board late last year. When I visited my forum on the 1st of January, about 3000 members had their birthday (they were 2009 years old 
). I checked and those members didn't have a birthday in their profile in SMF, but after the conversion their birthday was set to 1-1-1.

Well, this has come up again a lot, and it's actually pretty strange as to why it happens.. so I've just put in a clause which checks if the birthday is set to before 1900, as you can't set a birthday that far back in IP.Board anyway.
