handshakeStart chokes on passwords with symbols

It appears I found a bug in the handshakeStart() function. When you perform a handshake from IP.converge with an "Administrative Log In Details" Password that has symbols (like < or >) it sends an incorrect $acpMd5Password value to the handshakeStart() function. I bet it's escaping those characters before it hashes them or something of the sort.
