All emails are being sent with no subject and the word "Array" in the body.

What OS is installed on the server?
What browser was used to reproduce the bug?
Verify modifications or skin customizations aren't the cause of the issue.
Are all users affected by this issue or only some? If only some members are affected, is there a pattern to which ones are?

Registration verification set to user then admin....emails are sent with no subject and "Array" in the subject.
Password recovery emails sent with the same.

I also did a fresh install and received the same results.
