Appear to be experiencing an issue when viewing blog in IE8 (no problem when using FF3 or Opera 10) as can be seen by image
as can see there is no text on right above 'blocks' and 'list blog' block is missing in IE8
this is with a fresh install of 3.1.2

likely cannot reproduce because you have ' 2627 blogs' etc
whereas the error is on a fresh installation with no blogs
as stated looks correct in FF3 and Opera 10 but not in IE8 (see the screenie I posted)

I found this casually, I'll re-open it so we can check again.
Once a bug has been marked usually we don't check it again, that's why nobody answered.

The page seems fine to me in IE 8 and the image you posted is not available anymore so I can't see it..
