If you change the timezone in the Converge ACP by editing a member.. It doesn't apply. To the converge database. Just has no effect whatsoever.

And.. The timezone seems to be pulled as -12 no matter what.

And, isn't passed to IPB.. Not sure if this matters.. If it's not passed, BFD.

Personally I don't see why of all the settings Converge ignores, it needs to honor time zone. Tempted to say it's better to simply remove that setting from Converge.
