What if anything can be done now that its' been many months after we converted, and only i've only now noticed this?

Updating status to: Cannot Reproduce

Can you submit a ticket to my attention? The attachment link code used is in the Master Library file, so it never changes no matter what software you are using, and is actually very basic (simply stores the Old ID and the New ID in a table). I have a feeling something just went wrong in your conversion specifically.

We should be able to fix it, provided the old database is still present and accessible.
