Can't edit issue titles?

Trying to correct a typo in an Issue title. See no way to edit the title itself, unless I'm really missing something.

Marked fixed, but still can't edit titles, and I assume we're on at least version 2.1.0 Beta 2 ??

I'm on 2.1.0 Beta 3 and as far as I can tell, there's still no way to edit an issue title.

Click edit on the initial report, then click 'Use Full Editor'. Same as a topic.
