I uploaded the contents of the zip into the forum directory just like to hunders of other mods / applications ive done in the past.
However when I go to the APC -> Manage Applications / modules
Ip.Tracker is listed on the right column, but the install button says "Cannot install"

This application cannot be installed. Is it in the correct directory? You cannot install third party applications into the IPS directory or vice-versa.
