If the settings for IP.Tracker are set to not show any statistics, the 'who's online' field keeps showing below a project and on the homepage of IP.Tracker, there is still some language showing on how much issues have been reported, although the number of issues is no longer visible.
This still appears to be a problem in beta3. I have the "Show Active Users / Tracker Totals" set to No, rebuilt all caches, and this still appears at the bottom of a Project page:
