"Please wait while we load the chatroom......" never goes away...

Seems as though it's not loading properly.
Gets hung up and doesn't get passed "Please wait while we load the chatroom..."
I upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.4 today.
I had 1.3.1 working yesterday.
IpBoard 3.2.3
