I uploaded a file, added 2 revisions, did some generic editing with tags but when I edit it and try to change tags of a file the tag isn't changed or removed/deleted. Always shows the way the first time the tag was put.
Not sure if I am doind the correct way since I am testing it at my dev environement.

Just uploaded a file, made two revisions, then uploaded a new version and changed the tags without issue. I then edited the file and still had no problem changing the tags.
I can confirm this on customer side, and on my side..
If you add multiple tags to a file, then edit the file and try to remove them. They don't go away.
If you have A tag.. You've got a tag.. You can't get rid of tags. You can change it.. But you can't get rid of the fact that it now has tags.
So, if you have 4 tags.. You can remove any 3 of them. But, you'll never get rid of the 4th. Doesn't matter what 3.
If you try to remove all 4 at once.. None will be removed.

Does this only happen if you try to remove *all* tags? I just deleted tags and added new tags fine. I did notice I couldn't remove the last tag on the file, however.
